How to Submit Samples
- Request (or download) a Submission Form (v7). Each shipment must have a corresponding sample submission form.
- Please notify the lab by phone, email, or fax before samples are sent.
- AFT only accepts samples Tuesday thru Friday.
- Samples should be sent frozen on dry ice or ice packs.
- Clearly label samples in sealed bags with permanent marker.
- Each sample sent will be tested.
Results
- Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We always return results as soon as possible.
- Results are sent electronically to the contact person listed on the sample submission form.
Billing
- Customers are invoiced upon completion of analysis
- Payment is due net 15 from invoice date
